1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and ji3 ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the ji3 online gaming platform, including all related services, features, and content available at ji3.pro. By creating an account, accessing the platform, placing a bet, or using any service offered by ji3, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law. 3. Account Creation and Security
To access the full range of services on ji3, you are required to create a personal account by completing the registration process and providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly if any details change. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the platform; creation of duplicate or multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password, and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ji3 immediately at [email protected] so that appropriate action can be taken to protect your account. ji3 will never ask for your password via email or any other communication channel, and you should treat any such request as fraudulent. Account sharing with other persons is not permitted, and ji3 reserves the right to suspend accounts where suspicious activity or unauthorised sharing is detected.
4. User Obligations and Responsibilities
As a registered user of ji3, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit their use of the platform. You must not use the platform to engage in any form of fraud, money laundering, collusion with other players, or any activity that could be deemed to manipulate the outcome of games or betting markets. You are responsible for ensuring that any information you submit to ji3 — including but not limited to identity documents, payment details, and contact information — is accurate, truthful, and not misleading. Any attempt to exploit technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or system glitches to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of winnings. You agree not to use automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to interact with the platform in a manner not authorised by ji3. 5. Platform Usage Rules

All games and betting markets offered on the platform are governed by specific rules that apply alongside these Terms; in the event of any conflict between these Terms and the rules of a specific game or market, the specific rules shall prevail unless otherwise stated. The platform is intended for personal entertainment use only, and commercial use of any platform feature — including but not limited to reselling access, operating the platform on behalf of third parties, or using platform data for commercial analysis — is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from ji3. You agree not to copy, scrape, reproduce, or distribute any content, data, odds, or materials from the platform without authorisation. ji3 may conduct maintenance, updates, or temporary service interruptions from time to time, and we will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance where possible; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. Any misuse of the platform, including behaviour that disrupts the experience of other users or attempts to circumvent platform security measures, will be treated as a material breach of these Terms.
6. Payments and Transactions (PHP)
All financial transactions on the ji3 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP), and your account balance is maintained in PHP at all times, eliminating the need for currency conversion. Deposits must be made using the approved payment methods available in the cashier section of the platform, and ji3 accepts no responsibility for delays or failures caused by third-party payment providers. You are responsible for ensuring that any payment method you use belongs to you personally and that sufficient funds are available at the time of transaction. Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods that have been verified and linked to your account, and ji3 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal request. Processing times for withdrawals may vary depending on the payment method used and any applicable verification requirements; ji3 will make reasonable efforts to process withdrawal requests promptly. Any attempt to charge back, reverse, or dispute a transaction through your payment provider after funds have been credited to your gaming account may result in immediate suspension of your account pending investigation. 7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ji3 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform or its services. This includes, without limitation, any loss of funds, loss of profits, loss of data, or any other financial or non-financial losses, even if ji3 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. ji3 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors or interruptions, or that any particular game result or betting outcome will meet your expectations, as all gaming outcomes are determined by certified random number generators or live dealer processes beyond our direct control. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and ji3 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for any particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms shall limit ji3's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by Philippine law. Your sole remedy in the event of dissatisfaction with the platform is to discontinue use of the services and close your account.
8. Account Suspension and Closure
ji3 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion if it determines that a user has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other users. In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity, ji3 may freeze account funds pending an investigation and may report the matter to the relevant authorities as required by law. Where an account is closed due to a violation of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting [email protected]; upon closure, any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to the completion of any pending verification requirements. 9. Intellectual Property Rights
All content available on the ji3 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, data compilations, and the overall design and layout of the platform, is the exclusive property of ji3 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only, and this licence does not confer any ownership rights to any platform content or materials. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the platform without the prior written consent of ji3. The ji3 name, logo, and all related marks and brand identifiers are trademarks of ji3 and may not be used without express written permission. Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to ji3 regarding the platform may be used by ji3 without any obligation to compensate you or credit your contribution. Unauthorised use of any intellectual property belonging to ji3 may result in legal action.
10. Third-Party Services and Links
The ji3 platform may integrate or reference third-party services, including payment processors, game content providers, and identity verification services, which operate under their own terms and privacy policies independent of ji3. ji3 does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services, and your use of such services is entirely at your own risk. Any disputes arising between you and ji3 that cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team at [email protected] shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. ji3 encourages users to raise any concerns or complaints directly with the support team in the first instance, as many issues can be resolved promptly through direct communication without the need for formal proceedings. If you believe that ji3 has breached any obligation owed to you under these Terms, please contact us in writing with full details of your concern so that we may investigate and respond appropriately. Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights under Philippine consumer protection law. By using the ji3 platform, you irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute not resolved informally.
